Katana

Katana is a 45-seat sake and shochu cocktail bar modelled on Japanese izakayas, opened July 2025 by Sandesh Reddy (Sandy's, OG Ramen) and Prasanna Pandarinathan, with a bar programme led by Pritish Shetty. Food signatures include corn custard on shokupan toast and a spicy salmon rice bowl.
