Paragon is the famed Kozhikode restaurant founded in 1939 and ranked among the world's most legendary restaurants by TasteAtlas; the Bangalore outlet was its first outside Kerala. It is known for Malabar biryani, nool porotta with chicken curry, fish curry, tiger prawns and coconut pudding.
