This policy explains what LiteApp Store collects and why. It covers two different groups of people, and the distinction matters throughout.
Publishers — people who create an account and run a channel.
Subscribers — people who subscribe to a channel. We process their data on the publisher’s behalf.
What we collect from publishers
Account — email address, and phone number if you sign in that way. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase; we never see your password.
Profile — handle, channel name, tagline, description and photo you provide. These are public.
Content — posts, forms and other material you create.
Connected accounts — credentials you supply for services such as WhatsApp Business, stored encrypted and used only to act on your instruction.
What we collect from subscribers
Email address, when someone subscribes by email. We record the confirmation so consent is provable.
Phone number, when someone subscribes over WhatsApp. This comes from the message they send — we never ask them to type it.
Delivery events — whether a message was delivered, bounced, or reported as spam.
We do not sell subscriber data, rent it, or use it to market anything of our own. A subscriber can unsubscribe from any email using the link every message carries, or by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
Who else processes your data
We use these providers, and only for the purposes listed:
Google Firebase — authentication and push notifications
MongoDB Atlas — database hosting
Vercel — application hosting
Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun — email delivery
Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — WhatsApp delivery, where a publisher has connected it
Google Gemini — only for publishers who enable AI auto-reply, and only on the messages that feature processes
Razorpay — payment processing. Card details go to Razorpay directly and are never stored by us
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep things
Account and content: while your account is open.
Subscriber records: while the channel exists, or until the subscriber is removed.
Suppression records (bounces and spam complaints): kept indefinitely. Deleting them would mean mailing an address that already rejected us.
After account closure: deleted within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Publishers can export subscriber lists at any time. Write to privacy@liteapp.store and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a subscriber and want your data removed, you can contact the publisher directly — every email we send sets Reply-To to them — or write to us and we will pass it on.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Connected-account credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you promptly.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
