Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of LiteApp Store, operated by Beamitlive Online Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide

LiteApp Store is a platform of small applications. You can claim a handle, create channels, and publish to people who subscribe to them by email or WhatsApp. Other applications on the platform provide tools such as forms, link shortening and analytics.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for everything published from your account.
• You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• One person or organisation may hold multiple channels under one account.

Your content and your audience

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us only the licence needed to host it, display it on your channel pages, and deliver it to your subscribers.

Your subscriber list is yours. We do not sell it, rent it, or email your subscribers on our own behalf. We process it solely to deliver what you send, and you may export or delete it.

What you may not do

• Upload subscribers who did not ask to hear from you. Every address and number must have opted in, and buying or scraping lists is grounds for immediate suspension.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing material.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell the service without our written permission.

Sending to people who did not consent damages delivery for every other publisher on the platform. We monitor complaint and bounce rates and may suspend a channel that exceeds acceptable thresholds.

Handles

Handles are allocated first come, first served, and some words are reserved. We may reclaim a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or belongs to a channel that has never published and has been dormant for a long period.

Paid plans

Paid features are billed as described on our pricing page. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Third-party connections

If you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, you remain bound by Meta’s terms and are responsible for any charges Meta bills you. We are not a party to that relationship.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. On closure we delete your content and subscriber data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
