Refund & Cancellation Policy

LiteApp Store sells software subscriptions. There is nothing to ship, and access is granted immediately on payment.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel. Pro is a single payment for 30 days of access, not a recurring subscription — no mandate is set up and nothing renews on its own. When the 30 days end, the channel returns to the free plan.

Cancelling does not delete your channels, posts or subscribers. They remain available on the free plan, subject to its limits.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, write to support@liteapp.store within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it in full.

After that window:

• Part-used access — we do not refund days already used once the 7-day window has passed. Access simply runs to the end of the 30 days.
• Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same period, tell us and we will refund the extra payment in full, whenever you notice it.

When we will not refund

• Accounts suspended for breaching our Terms & Conditions — in particular sending to people who did not opt in.
• Charges billed to you directly by a third party you connected, such as Meta’s WhatsApp conversation fees. Those are between you and them.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, expect 5–7 working days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.

Getting help

Email support@liteapp.store with the email address on the account and the date of the payment. We reply within 2 working days.
